Lugu Township office is under the governance of Nantou County Government. As the highest administration agency in Lugu Township, the office has one Supervisor, in charge of township affairs. There is one Secretary, on behalf of supervisor in charge of integrating township affairs. The service departments include Civil Affairs Section, Finance Section, Public Works Section, Agriculture and Economic Development Section, as well as Social Affairs Section. The consulting departments consist of Personnel Section, Civil Service Ethics Office, and Accounting and Statistics Office. In addition, the four affiliated units are Cleaning Unit, Library, Nursery, and Tourism Service Unit. Each unit fulfills its duty and negotiates among one another to carry out the best service for township inhabitants.
