Correct. In 1855, Jhushan scholar Lin Fong-chi brought back 36 kinds of soft-branched Wulong tea seed from Fujian Wuyi Mountain. Among which, 12 of which were planted successfully by Lin Shan-siang all over on Dongding Mountain. Dongding Mountain in Lugu Township is located at the elevation of 600 meters to 1200 meters. Due to the special weather and rich soil in this area, it is covered with cloud and mist all year round, as this reason the exquisite and savory “Dongding Wulong Tea” is procreated and famous far and near. In addition, the renowned Dongding coffee, “Lugu Abalone” bamboo sprouts, and mountain celery are well embraced by tourists.
